Tracy’s Asian cooking is just delicious. All guests will agree...
Whether it is curry, tauhu goreng, bakwa, frogs’ legs, fried noodles, chiffon cake, or others, it is always refined and delicious… Even more when she is challenged by special requests: not spicy, no bones, no coconut, etc… That’s when she is at her best.
And she did it again: low carb zucchini noodles with a (very) fragrant prawn sauce. A picture says more than a thousand words, but cannot render the zillions of smells and tastes of this delicious dish.
Served with the excellent Prélude (oaked Viognier and Chardonnay) from the local Domaine de Guillau.
