Retreats and residential seminars
L’Annicha is a family-run venue, where we provide bespoke hospitality in a relaxing environment, ideal for retreats based on meditation, sports and personal development. But we are also hosting residential seminars, off-site and team building meetings, and creative workshops.

The property was set up with retreats and seminars in mind for groups up to 15 people. Facilitators can count on our experience with trainings and group meetings, but also psychotherapeutic work, 12 step groups and mindfulness classes.

The house, located in a quiet dead-end street and dating from 1878, has kept its original charm with wooden floors and partly stoned walls. The main house hosts 4 very spacious ensuite double rooms, while the annex includes a Loft-style independent accommodation for two people, as well as an independent facility (Gîte) with a big roofed terrace, a double room and a room with 3 single beds.

Amenities for groups
Our large living room serves as communal room for briefings, meetings or presentations (a projector, flipcharts and other stationary are available upon request).

The former drying barn has been converted into a 30m2 sports and meditation room overlooking the surrounding countryside. It provides a perfect environment for yoga, Qi Gong or meditation classes. As it faces east, it is ideal for sunrise meditation or activities. A westward field provides for evening or sunset meditation and yoga.

Weather permitting, classes or gatherings can also be held on the roofed or shaded terraces, alongside the pool or on grass fields.
​
The spectacular 25m heated lap pool with several sunbeds is not only excellent for relaxing, but can also be used by sports groups for training purposes.
​
The outdoor lounge area and several terraces and seating places spread over the 4,5ha estate offer perfect break-out areas.
​
All our accommodations are heated and hence available throughout the year (with the exception of the pool, which is heated from Easter till end October).
Catering
During seminars or retreats we can offer full catering service:

Breakfast includes home-made freshly baked bread, pastries, a mini-buffet with cheeses and cold cuts as well as fruit and muesli.
​
We offer home cooked food using mostly locally sourced organic products, and produce from our garden. European or Asian style cuisine are provided. We are happy to adapt our cooking for vegetarian guests or guests with food intolerances or allergies.
​
During retreats, free flow of water, tea and coffee will be offered. Refreshments and bites during the breaks can be catered for.
​
Weather permitting, all meals will be taken outside. Otherwise, we will host guests in our dining room.

Activities
Hiking and biking routes start at our property. We are half an hour drive away from extensive nature-based activities such as kayaking, rock climbing and spelunking which are ideal for team building. Other activities like carting or even hot-balloon trips are possible. We can book these through our partners.
Located in a wine region, wine tasting or vineyard dining can be organised thus making your retreat unforgettable.

We can organise activities on site, like massages or yoga/Qi Gong classes as well as themed evenings like a Gin Masterclass with food pairing.
Through a magnificent landscape
Eco practices
We are following ecological practices like: sourcing local bio products, local treatment of water, ecological cleaning products and detergents, use of rainwater, solar panel heating, an organic garden and refuse recycling.
Booking conditions
We accommodate up to 15 people. If needed we can call upon neighbouring accommodations.
Minimum 6 guests + 1 facilitator needed for exclusive use. Smaller groups are also welcome on a non-exclusive basis.
