Apples, part 2

Rather than freezing our excess fresh fruit (which is not very eco-friendly), we are experimenting with a solar dryer.

These apples, finely cut and soaked in a little lemon juice, are dried for 2 days at a temperature not exceeding 37 degrees, which allows them to maintain all their nutritional value.
